How to Book

How To Book / Booking Process:

If you would like to book -

Confirmed Activity Details - We need your confirmed date and time as we are not able to move your booking once you have booked in. Other Changes to your booking may incure an admin fee. 
(please let us know if you would like us to reserve this spot for 24 hours while you organise your group)

Group Size: Group sizes must be confirmed at the time of booking as group size can not be changed and no refunds will be given for group members that have been confirmed, however, we can change names within your group free of charge but this must be done before the day of the event.

Once you confirm your booking the following must be completed on the same day -
You will receive: We will email you a confirmation email. Please have a good read though it contains important information including -
1. The link to complete the online digital booking form
2. The link to make payment.

Payment: A 25% deposit is required upon booking. Full payment will be required no later than 10 days prior to the event. Payment to be made by the group leader only. You can pay via a payment link, which will be on your confirmation email or Direct bank transfer.
If you would like to redeem a gift voucher, please let us know your gift voucher code.

COVID -19 AMENDMENTS - If a member of your group does not want to attend due to testing positive to COVID-19, We can change a name on the booking free of charge, this must be done no later than 24 hours before the event.

If you have your confirmed group size, date, time and activity please contact us to confirm availability.

Waiver - Everyone in your group will need to complete a digital activity waiver and covid questionnaire, this link will be forwarded to the group leader 7 days before the activity. It must be completed no later than 24 hours before the event.

Facilities - We do have a free car park, however, spaces are limited so we do recommend car share. We do not have food and drink for sale on site, you can bring snacks and drinks however you will need to take all litter away with you. There are several restaurants within 1 mile of the centre.

Please note some of our activities are NOT suitable for pregnant people
